Juv\u00e9 & Camps<\/strong> t\u00e9 un paper destacat a Madrid Fusi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, el primer Congr\u00e9s Global de Gastronomia que se celebra a Madrid, durant els dies 28 i 30 al Pavell\u00f3 14 d’IFEMA. Dins d’aquest megaesdeveniment, s’ha celebrat\u00a0 The Wine Edition<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, on Meritxell Juv\u00e9 -CEO de Juv\u00e9 & Camps, Toni Cantos, -director d’enologia dels cellers- i F\u00e9lix Bonilla -sommelier de la marca-<\/strong>, han mostrat les claus que han perm\u00e8s al celler arribar al centenari<\/strong><\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Al tast en directe, sota el nom \u201cRecorregut pels 100 anys d’hist\u00f2ria de Juv\u00e9 & Camps\u201d<\/strong><\/a><\/span> s’ha exposat, a trav\u00e9s de diverses propostes de Juv\u00e9 & Camps<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, l’extensa traject\u00f2ria i capacitat d’adaptaci\u00f3 d’un celler que el 1921 van elaborar el seu primer cava. El fundador, Joan Juv\u00e9, juntament amb la seva dona Teresa Camps, ho va fer realitat a les instal\u00b7lacions subterr\u00e0nies de la casa pairal de la fam\u00edlia situada a Sant Sadurn\u00ed d\u2019Anoia.<\/p>\n

Gr\u00e0cies a processos de viticultura ecol\u00f2gica<\/strong> i d’una filosofia basada en el respecte escrupol\u00f3s dels cicles naturals de la terra, Juv\u00e9 & Camps<\/strong> ha arribat als seus 100 anys amb molt bona salut. Sota aquesta premissa, la direcci\u00f3 de les caves va decidir un projecte de reconversi\u00f3 de les vinyes cap a una viticultura ecol\u00f2gica<\/strong><\/a><\/span>. Aix\u00ed, des del 2010 es va comen\u00e7ar a treballar en cultius per obtenir ra\u00efms de m\u00e9s qualitat, potencialitat i m\u00e0xima expressi\u00f3 dels s\u00f2ls que hi ha a les tres finques de la fam\u00edlia (271 hect\u00e0rees que es reparteixen la Propietat d’Espiells, Mediona i La Cuscona). Despr\u00e9s de cinc anys d’intens treball per aconseguir una viticultura ecol\u00f3gica, s’aconsegueix la primera verema 100% ecol\u00f2gica<\/strong>, una fita per a Juv\u00e9 & Camps<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Els caves<\/strong> Juv\u00e9 & Camps<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, aix\u00ed com les dues marques de vins<\/strong> (Propietat d\u2019Espiells<\/strong>, D.O. Pened\u00e8s i Pagos de Anguix<\/strong>, D.O. Ribera del Duero), mostren la personalitat inconfusible dels seus terrers.<\/p>\n

La pon\u00e8ncia de Juv\u00e9 & Camps<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, que ha suposat un ple total, s’ha emmarcat dins de Madrid Fusi\u00f3n 2022, que amb un ambici\u00f3s enfocament creatiu i innovador, reuneix 300 professionals durant tres dies, commemorant la vintena edici\u00f3 d’aquest congr\u00e9s d’alta cuina internacional.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
