Juvé & Camps and Prime Brands celebrate the most exclusive edition of MAGNIFICAT on June 7 at the Juvé & Camps facilities in Espiells (Sant Sadurní D’Anoia) and thus join the celebrations scheduled for the centenary of the cave house.
MAGNIFICAT is an original idea from the distributor Prime Brands, owned by J&C Prime Brands. This year marks the fourth edition of the event, which takes place every two years, although due to the pandemic it has not been organized since 2018.
Juvé & Camps will host this meeting which, together with Leading Brands, will once again organize one of the most exclusive events on the national and international wine scene, and will feature a succulent program of activities, including a master tasting given by the CEO of this century-old house, Meritxell Juvé, who will show a perspective of the future, plot by plot, for the next hundred years.
She will be joined by some of the most important figures in the world of wine, both in Spain and internationally, to give master classes: the magic of Riesling from the point of view of Markus Molitor and Gunter Küntsler, two of the most renowned producers in Germany; the great Italian wines of Tuscany, from the hand of one of the most significant firms in Italy, Gaja; Grenache will have its leading role in Magnificat thanks to some of its best expressions worldwide, from M. Chapoutier, Sara Perez, René Barbier, Telmo Rodríguez, Juan Asens, Marc Bournazeau and Joan Àngel Lliberia. The Master of Wine Álvaro Ribalta will lead, as the culmination of the day, a tasting with wines from Château Margaux, one of the most legendary houses in Bordeaux. High-altitude wines will also have their space from the perspective of Pagos de Anguix, the latest acquisition of J&C Prime Brands in Ribera del Duero, thanks to a masterful tasting that will be given by one of the region’s great experts, winemaker José Manuel Pérez Ovejas , corporate technical advisor to the wine group.
In addition, throughout the day it will be possible to taste the wines of 55 premium wineries and distilleries from all over the world, which will come with their most recognized labels, and a cocktail bar will be opened to try different combinations proposed by master mixologists, with the best distillates international.
MAGNIFICAT is, without a doubt, the reference professional conference, where some of the most reputable wine houses in the world attend, and which brings together more than 1,000 experts and professionals from the sector, from all over the country and internationally.
