Tasting note At first glance it is a golden sparkling wine, but upon receiving the reflection of the light, the soul of Pinot Noir is perceived, which is then exuberant on the nose: white and stone fruits that are surrounded by attractive aromas of red berries and fresh cherries, flower honey, pain grillé and a cheerful citrus touch that arouses the curiosity to drink it. Juicy, the ripe red fruit reappears in the mouth, dancing to the tireless sound of the bubbles, forming a creamy and fresh ensemble, elegantly intense.
