Reserva Familia V36

Cava Gran Reserva Brut Nature

A legacy of prestige

Juvé & Camps Reserva de la Familia V36 was born as a tribute to the fifty harvests of Juvé & Camps’ most iconic sparkling wine, the Reserva de la Familia, whose release to the public in 1976 marked a milestone in the history of Brut Nature.

Crafted from the trilogy of white grape varieties of the Penedès, this Reserva de la Familia comes from an exceptional vintage and has aged for 15 years. It stands as living proof of the longevity that xarel·lo brings to our sparkling wines. With Brut Nature as our flagship and a philosophy of extreme aging, we began the path of long maturation — and today we remain at the forefront of the most ambitious aging processes.

Description

  • Grape variety Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada
  • Vintage 2009
  • Origin Espiells, La Cuscona and Mediona
  • Tasting note In the glass, it displays a bright golden color with warm highlights and a subtle, persistent bubble. On the nose, it opens slowly, revealing layers of rye bread, toasted almonds, marzipan, and lemon brioche, wrapped in a background of fresh butter and coffee caramel. On the palate, its freshness is surprising after so many years: it precisely balances the density and smoothness acquired during its long aging. The texture is enveloping, silky, with no edges. An exceptionally long, almost meditative finish.
  • Gastronomy A testament to the commitment to transparency, respect for the vineyard, and the pursuit of vintage expression, resulting in a wine of great gastronomic value.
  • Alcohol percentage 12%
  • Appellation of origin D.O. Cava
  • Aging More than 180 months on the lees
