Tasting note
2009 · One of the most excellent vintages, marked by a moderately rainy winter and spring, as well as a mild summer, which together favored a slow and healthy ripening. The result, very balanced grapes to make a cava that manages to surprise us after a long aging of 130 months, which adds complexity and is ideal to accompany elaborate dishes.
2012 · Spring and summer rains compensated for the warm temperatures, favoring excellent ripening and a promising harvest. A great harvest, which, after more than 90 months of aging, preserves the freshness and character of the land where it was born. A vintage that coincides with the incorporation to the winery of the 4th generation of the Juvé family.
2015 · The first 100% organic certified harvest at Juvé & Camps began with a very dry spring and a particularly warm summer, which augured a complex harvest. Thanks to the June rains, which favored ripening, the harvest was short, but of great quality. -
