Meritxell Juv\u00e9, CEO and 4th generation of the winery, and Ferran Adri\u00e0, founder of elBullifoundation, together with his head of drinks, Ferran Centelles, have hosted the world premiere event for the English editions of Wine Sapiens Volumes III and IV in Japan.<\/b><\/p>\n

The premium Spanish sparkling wine brand Juv\u00e9 & Camps is supporting the translation into English of the edition of the wine encyclopedia <\/span>Wine Sapiens<\/span><\/i>, developed by elBullifoundation. <\/span>Wine Sapiens<\/span><\/i> is the only wine encyclopedia existing nowadays in the world, that took over\u00a0 8 years of research and development to produce as part of the Bullipedia project, spearheaded by elBullifoundation. In addition to the already published English Volumes 1\u20134, the remaining Volumes 5\u20138 are scheduled to be published in this language in the following years.<\/span><\/p>\n

Juv\u00e9 & Camps held several events to unveil the English editions of Volume III and IV of “Wine Sapiens” for the first time in the world, welcoming invited chefs, sommeliers, media and trade professionals from Japan. Over the course of 4 days, Meritxell Juv\u00e9, CEO and 4th family generation, together with Ferran Adri\u00e0, founder of Elbullifoundation, and his head of drinks, Ferran Centelles,\u00a0 introduced <\/span>Wine Sapiens <\/span><\/i>project, along with several tastings of the Juv\u00e9 & Camps sparkling wines. A total of 10 different wines have been featured these days, including the Spanish pioneering Brut Nature, Reserva de la Familia Gran Reserva, borned in 1976 and heralding a new era, as well as older vintages.<\/span><\/p>\n

This support for the English edition stems from Juv\u00e9 & Camps’ commitment to advancing the fields of gastronomy and sommelier practices, as well as the wine culture divulgation, hoping this translation will positively influence sommeliers and gastronomy enthusiasts worldwide.<\/span><\/p>\n
