Judith Cortina and David Job\u00e9, two journalists specializing in the wine world, are the creators of \u201cEnoturista\u201d<\/strong><\/a>. This month, they visited Juv\u00e9 & Camps and named it one of the best cellars to visit in Pened\u00e8s.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cThe Juv\u00e9 & Camps winery is located at the heart of the Cava Capital, about 40 minutes from Barcelona. You’ll explore the century-old underground cellars in a highly experiential visit: smell the yeast, turn the bottles in the rima position, and watch as the yeast slowly settles into the bottle’s neck. The highlight is the live disgorging of its most iconic cava: Juv\u00e9 & Camps Reserva de la Familia Brut Nature. The tasting is delicious and an experience unlike any other for most visitors.\u201d<\/p>\n
