It is born from the harmony between two varieties, <strong>Moscatel of Alexandria<\/strong> and <strong>Gew\u00fcrztraminer<\/strong>, cultivated in estate-owned vineyards: Espiells, at 200 meters above calcareous-limestone soils, and Can Soler, between 600 and 700 meters, with clay-loam soils that add nuance and complexity.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Conscious Viticulture<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The <strong>organic vineyard<\/strong>, integrated into an environment of forests and margins that promote biodiversity, is managed under <strong>regenerative and precision viticulture<\/strong> principles. Low yields, manual harvesting, and meticulous monitoring of ripening by parcel ensure that each grape reaches the winery in optimal condition.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Precise Winemaking<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The vinification aims to preserve the <strong>purest expression of the fruit<\/strong>.
