A select group of grapes that define four DO Cava zones<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Quality sparkling wines<\/strong> -produced under DO Cava<\/strong> in Spain- come from four very specific areas<\/a>: Vi\u00f1edos de Almendralejo, Levante Zone, Ebro Valley and Comtats de Barcelona. This last area stands out for being the wine-growing area in which cava<\/strong> originates.<\/p>\n

Pened\u00e8s is known as the capital of this appreciated sparkling wine<\/strong>. In the incomparable places of estates such as Propietat d’Espiells, Mediona or La Cuscona, endowed with a unique terroir, Juv\u00e9 & Camps<\/strong><\/a> cavas are born.<\/p>\n

The cava triumvirate, accompanied by two luxury partners<\/strong><\/h3>\n

At the top of the white grape<\/strong> are the three most characteristic varieties: Macabeo<\/strong> (with a moderate point of sugar and acidity), Xarel\u00b7lo<\/strong> (unique and full-bodied flavour) and Parellada<\/strong> (adds finesse and freshness). This magic triangle is accompanied by the varieties Chardonnay<\/strong> (endowed with great aromatic power) and Subirat Parent<\/strong> (variety most used in the production of sweet or semi-sweet sparkling wines).<\/p>\n

From a sublime combination of the first four varieties, mentioned above, comes Gran Juv\u00e9 & Camps<\/strong><\/a>, Cava Gran Reserva Brut Nature<\/strong> bet from Sant Sadurn\u00ed d\u2019Anoia winery. This cava only appears after exceptional vintages; its golden colour, accompanied by a fresh aromatic expression and a round finish with fruity memories will transport you to another sensory level.<\/p>\n

An unbeatable poker for Ros\u00e9 Cavas<\/strong><\/h3>\n

These four red grape varieties, Monastrell<\/strong> (generates an intense colour during its production process and has, thanks to the tannins, a high aging potential), Red Garnacha<\/strong> (offers soft wines with very fruity aromas), Trepat<\/strong> (the final result is red fruit aromas with spicy touches, offering subtle flavours) and Pinot Noir<\/strong> (produces wines with a low level of tannins, fruity and aromatic) will delight lovers of ros\u00e9 cavas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This is where Brut Ros\u00e9<\/strong><\/a> from Juv\u00e9 & Camps<\/strong> is framed, a monovarietal Pinot Noir<\/strong> that seduces with the explosive combination of a cherry red tone and an intense effervescence.<\/p>\n

Pinot Noir<\/strong> is, despite its international fame, the youngest of the nine grape varieties authorised by DO Cava<\/strong> and can also be used for the production of “Blanc de Noir” whites, as the case with Cava Reserva Brut Blanc de Noirs<\/strong><\/a> by Juv\u00e9 & Camps<\/strong>, with a golden colour with light reddish hues. Its character is expressed through notes of cherry and white fruits, on a honeyed & citrus background and with hints of toasted bread.<\/p>\n
