At Juv\u00e9 & Camps<\/strong> we celebrate that a century ago we made the brand’s first sparkling wine. There have been 100 complete rounds of the calendar, with their birthdays, special dinners, family celebrations, cocktails, picnics, weddings, Christmas and New Year’s celebrations…<\/p>\n

Appetizer:<\/strong> Milesim\u00e9, Reserva Brut D.O. Cava<\/a><\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n

A perfect option to start with the starters -small portions and soft proposals to put you in the situation- is the Milesim\u00e9<\/strong> de Juv\u00e9<\/strong> &<\/strong> Camps<\/strong>, with a very pleasant creaminess. Made only with the chardonnay variety, the driest vintages will have aromas of ripe fruit and lactic notes; on the contrary, the rainiest periods will materialize in sensations of fresh fruit, aromatic herbs and a balsamic touch.<\/p>\n

First:<\/strong> Reserva de la Familia, Gran Reserva Brut Nature, D.O. Cava<\/a><\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n

It is important to enter the subject with a forceful and iconic proposal. Associated with great moments, this cava<\/strong> has the honor of being the best-selling Gran Reserva<\/strong> on the entire planet (initially it was intended only for the exclusive consumption of the Juv\u00e9 family). It is a seductive proposal; fresh, vibrant and with a long finish that invites you to repeat.<\/p>\n

Second: <\/strong>Costalara, vino tinto D.O. Ribera del Duero<\/strong><\/a> \/ <\/strong>Casa Vella d\u2019Espiells, vino tinto D.O. Pened\u00e8s<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n

To continue, nothing better than a safe double bet, with the best of the reds<\/strong> from the D.O. Ribera<\/strong> del Duero<\/strong> and Pened\u00e8s<\/strong>. The Costalara<\/strong> is an unctuous and fresh wine; sweet and spicy, in equal parts. With a velvety expression on the palate, it improves in the bottle over the years. The Casa Vella d’Espiells<\/strong>, enjoys an intense and deep aromatic expression. This cabernet sauvignon combines classicism and modernity, maturity and freshness, leaving elegant minty notes.<\/p>\n

Desserts: <\/strong>Gran Juv\u00e9 & Camps<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n

In order to make a memorable closing, nothing better than the perfect combination -among the Xarel\u00b7lo, Chardonnay, Macabeo and Parellada varieties- that is concentrated in each bottle of Gran<\/strong> Juv\u00e9<\/strong> &<\/strong> Camps<\/strong> cava<\/strong>. Since 1972, it has only been produced taking advantage of the best vintages. Collage of golds with hints of new gold, its aromatic expression highlights notes of white flowers and stone fruits, which coexist with toast, spices and honey.<\/p>\n
