ProWein 2022<\/strong><\/a><\/span> brings together professionals specialised in the wine<\/strong> trade, from many corners of the planet, which combines all its aspects (retailers and wholesalers, import and export, and online stores).<\/p>\n

Juv\u00e9 & Camps<\/strong><\/a><\/span> will be present in D\u00fcsseldorf fairgrounds, with its wide and select range of\u00a0sparkling and<\/strong> wines<\/strong>. It is the result of the extreme dedication of several generations of winegrowers, endowed with extensive experience and adaptability, whose wineries produced their first cava<\/strong><\/a><\/span> in 1921.<\/p>\n

ProWein, the mecca for wine professionals<\/strong><\/h3>\n

More than 5,500 exhibitors from nearly 300 growing regions located in 60 different countries make this event the most important professional wine<\/strong> and spirits event in the world.\u00a0It also brings together sectors such as gastronomy and hospitality, as well as associations and institutions specialised in the world of food and the wine<\/strong> sector.<\/p>\n

Four decades ago, the family business received the definitive boost thanks to the exports that began in the early 1980s to very diverse markets in Europe (United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Portugal and Russia), America (USA and Peru) and Asia (Japan).<\/p>\n

The commercial expansion of the wineries has always gone hand in hand with traditional harvest models. In this way, the management of the cellars iniciate a project to reconvert the vineyards towards integrated and ecological<\/strong><\/a><\/span> viticulture, consolidated in 2015 with the obtaining of the ecological certificate, derived from obtaining grapes of higher quality, potential and maximum expression of the soils that exist in the three family properties (271 hectares that are shared by Propietat d’Espiells, Mediona and La Cuscona). After five years of intense work, we achieve the first 100% organic<\/strong> harvest was achieved, a milestone for Juv\u00e9 & Camps<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Recently, Juv\u00e9 & Camps has achieved the distinction of “Integral Producer”<\/a>, the highest recognition of the D.O. Cava, which certifies that 100% of the production process is carried out in the facilities themselves, providing additional and differential value, as well as the absolute guarantee of quality control.<\/p>\n
