Jos\u00e9 Hidalgo Camacho joins this exciting challenge as technical director of the winery group comprised of the two Pened\u00e8s Houses led by winemaker Toni Cantos: Juv\u00e9 & Camps, producer of long-aged sparkling wines, and Propiedad de Espiells, of still wines, as well such as Pagos de Anguix, the most recent of the three wineries located in the Ribera del Duero, which has the strategic and viticultural support of Jos\u00e9 Manuel P\u00e9rez Ovejas. In turn, he will coordinate the viticulture work of all the projects, led by Pep Jim\u00e9nez.<\/p>\n
The arrival of the new technician has excited the team formed by Toni Cantos, Pep Jim\u00e9nez and Jos\u00e9 Manuel P\u00e9rez Ovejas, who have recognized his deep winemaking knowledge and innovative vision.
