- Tasting note Clean, bright golden hue with fine and persistent bubbles. Defined aromatic profile, with ripe fruit notes such as pineapple and peach. Hints of pastry, butter, brioche, and toasted bread appear as well—clear reflections of a well-developed and pronounced autolysis. Broad and voluminous on the attack. The mousse is creamy and wellintegrated, adding texture. Long finish on the palate, with balanced acidity that sustains and extends the wine’s expression.
