    There is delivery to the Balearic Islands.

    For now, deliveries are not possible to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

  • Which payment methods can I use?

    You can pay using a credit or debit card or PayPal.

  • Is the payment system secure?

    Juvé & Camps guarantees security and confidentiality in all your transactions. All banking transactions are conducted via a secure server.

  • Can I make purchases via a method other than the online store?

    Yes, you can find our wines and cavas in specialty stores and the gourmet and wine sections of the main grocery stores.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    For purchases under €50, the shipping cost is €7 (including VAT).

    Shipping is free on orders over €50.

  • How many days will it take for my order to arrive?

    The estimated delivery time is two working days. Due to the exceptional situation caused by COVID-19, the delivery date may suffer slight delays. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  • What is included in the shipping cost?

    The cost includes delivery to the address indicated, as well as breakage insurance.

  • Can I send bottles to an address other than my registered address?

    Yes, you just need to check the SEND TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS? box and enter the delivery address.

  • Can I choose the delivery time for my order?

    The delivery is made based on the driver’s schedule, but you can indicate your preferred time slot in the “Order notes (optional)” section.


  • I didn’t get what I ordered or my order is incomplete. What should I do?

  • Do bottles purchased individually come with their own boxes?

    The product description specifies whether the bottle comes with an individual box or not. In any case, there is an external shipping box designed for transportation and to prevent any damage to the product.
