At Juvé & Camps, the harvest is much more than just a stage in the winemaking cycle: it is the moment when a whole year of dedication, innovation, and respect for the land becomes visible in every cluster.
Our working model combines certified organic farming, 100% manual harvesting, low yields, and a meticulous selection of clusters from vineyards ranging from ten to almost fifty years old. Every decision, every gesture in the vineyard seeks to preserve the natural balance of the environment and ensure the highest quality in both still wines and long-aged sparkling wines.
Climatic conditions have also been on our side: a mild spring, well-distributed rainfall, and a moderate summer have favored a slow and even ripening, the basis for wines with exceptional oenological potential.
