The Juvé & Camps cellars proudly display their two centuries of history. A history linked to the lands of the Penedès, where they grow, according to traditional methods, their wines and cavas. The winery has always evolved in parallel with the social environment in which it has grown and perfected its production methods.

Proof of this is the Solidarity Open Doors Day that Juvé & Camps will carry out next Tuesday, October 12 (from 10 to 14; in groups of maximum 10 people). In it, this space full of history and a unique architectural value will be made known to the public. All proceeds (€ 5 per ticket, children under 12 free) will go to Caritas Sant Sadurní. This activity is part of the activities organized by the Brotherhood of Cava in collaboration with the AECAVA (Association of Cava Producers).

Solidarity visits to raise funds for Caritas Sant Sadurní

From today 1 to 11 October you can buy tickets (at the price of only € 5) to make a pleasant 30-minute visit to the most iconic and emblematic places of the Juvé & Camps cellars in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. As a culmination, a glass of cava will be offered to those present of legal age.

All the proceeds from the solidarity visits will go entirely to the action of Caritas Sant Sadurní, a large reception space for children, adolescents and families. Specifically, the funds will be used for two initiatives: the Food Bank and the reception apartment located on Calle Margarides.

Through the first, dry and packaged products, fruits, vegetables and frozen products are delivered to distribute among the families that, due to their economic situation, need them. In this way, 95 families (320 people) are served who collect lots of food twice a month. The second houses three homeless people, since 2018, working on their reintegration into the population through an intense process of accompaniment.

The entity listens, guides and accompanies people in their personal improvement process, to integrate them into society and make them feel like an active part of it. To achieve this purpose, it covers the basic needs of citizens to accompany them on their life path.

You can only have access to solidarity visits with prior reservation and payment in advance through https://booking.juveycamps.com/ (by clicking on the 12th of October of the calendar). You can choose the visit in both Catalan and Spanish. The entire itinerary complies with a strict COVID-19 regulation; After making the reservation, you will receive the confirmation and also a document of responsible declaration that must be signed by each attendee.

Go ahead and discover the iconic farms that make up the Juvé & Camps cellars on October 12 while you contribute your bit to make the future of the Penedès as optimistic as possible.
