Next March 16 we will hold a seasonal cooking course at the Celler d’Espiells with the renowned chef Juan Mendieta. Under the title “Sabor a calçot” we will prepare exquisite recipes with the iconic vegetable as the protagonist.

The course will start at 11:30 a.m. and will end at 5:00 p.m. after enjoying the exquisite lunch. A unique and delicious experience, limited to a small number of people, so you can enjoy authentic Real Food and our best Juvé & Camps sparkling wines.

During the culinary day, the dishes will be harmonized with the iconic J&C Essential Rosé, J&C Reserva de la Familia and J&C Milesimé Chardonnay, which all attendees can enjoy.

The place chosen to take the course is totally inspiring: the Celler d’Espiells. An impressive architectural complex located in the heart of our vineyards. An emblem of our family legacy.

These are the recipes that you will make with Juan Mendieta:

· Calçots croquettes with calçots aioli and shavings of Iberian ham

· Warm salad of candied calçots, gratin goat roll and red fruit vinaigrette

· Pork tenderloin stuffed with seasonal mushrooms and calçots with “trinxat” of calçots

· Calçots and cava sausage paella

· Cheesecake with calçots and lotus cookie
