Between late May and early June, our organic vineyards awaken in one of the most delicate and fascinating phases of the vine’s cycle: flowering. At first glance, it’s an almost imperceptible spectacle. But don’t be fooled by its subtlety—what happens in those tiny flowers is pure natural alchemy.

Each bud, formed during the previous vintage, gives way to an inflorescence—a cluster of flowers—that, if all goes well, will eventually become a bunch of grapes. And although small, vine flowers contain the full machinery of life: peduncle, calyx, corolla, five stamens, and a pistil patiently awaiting the arrival of pollen.

During this period, our vineyards take on an ethereal, almost mystical air. It’s the perfect moment to understand how everything begins. That’s why we invite you to experience it firsthand with our wine tourism activity, the Terroir Route. Walk among blooming vines, discover the secrets of our grape varieties, and feel the pulse of the land at the very moment wine is born.
