Juvé & Camps unveils Gran Tribut Joan Juvé, the new identity of Gran Juvé & Camps, one of the most emblematic sparkling wines from the century-old winery in Penedès. The change in name and image preserves the essence of this historic reference, which has been associated since its origins with mastery of the traditional method, extended ageing and a deep gastronomic vocation.
Gran Tribut Joan Juvé was created as a tribute to Joan Juvé Baqués, founder of the winery and the origin of a unique way of understanding wine. This evolution reflects the desire to express more clearly the significance that this sparkling wine holds for Juvé & Camps, bringing to the forefront the continuity of a family legacy that has successfully passed down, generation after generation, a vision based on respect for its origins, rigor, precision in winemaking and confidence in the value of time.
“Gran Tribut Joan Juvé was born from the desire to acknowledge a family history that forms an essential part of our identity and to pay tribute to Juvé & Camps’ pioneering trajectory in long-aged sparkling wines,” says Meritxell Juvé, fourth generation of the Juvé family and current CEO of Juvé & Camps.
Created in 1972, Gran Juvé & Camps, now Gran Tribut Joan Juvé, was conceived as one of the winery’s greatest expressions and as a pioneering commitment to premium long-aged sparkling wines in Penedès. Since then, it has held a prominent place within the Juvé & Camps wine collection for its depth, elegance and ability to accompany fine dining.

Produced using the traditional method, it comes from a carefully selected range of plots planted with xarel·lo, macabeo, Mediterranean chardonnay and parellada, chosen for their balance and expressive potential. Its more than 80 months of ageing provide complexity and harmony, resulting in a precise, profound sparkling wine with a distinctive personality.
The wine is born from a meticulous selection of estate-owned vineyards, 100% organic, located on emblematic Juvé & Camps estates such as Espiells, Mediona —including Can Massana— and La Cuscona. Each origin contributes a distinctive quality: Espiells provides identity and structure; Mediona offers freshness, tension and elegance; while La Cuscona brings depth, balance and Mediterranean character. This diversity of landscapes shapes a sparkling wine of remarkable precision, in which the vineyard defines the character and time refines its expression.
The new image accompanies this evolution with a sober and contemporary presentation, aligned with its positioning within Juvé & Camps’ premium range. The design reinforces its timeless character and seeks to convey, through elegance, the restrained emotion of a sparkling wine linked to family memory and the winery’s future aspirations.
“Having this sparkling wine bear the name of my grandfather, Joan Juvé Baqués, is a way of paying tribute to the origins of our family history and to his way of understanding wine. Gran Tribut Joan Juvé embodies that legacy — respect for the land, rigor and confidence in the value of time — and projects it into the future with the same commitment to excellence that has always defined Juvé & Camps,” says Joan Juvé Santacana, Chairman of Juvé & Camps.
Gran Tribut Joan Juvé opens a new chapter for a historic Juvé & Camps reference, preserving the memory that gave it life while projecting its character into the future. A character that has already been recognised by specialised critics in 2026, earning 95 points in the Peñín Guide, 93 points from Tim Atkin and 93 points from Wine Spectator.
