It is made with the varieties work in the field. It is a wine with a marked Penedès identity and Mediterranean essence to which no sugar is added after disgorgement, which is why it retains an expressiveness that reflects the DNA and character of the terroir. In its blend, it combines around seventy different base wines of the highest quality and its aging extends beyond 36 months on lees, to achieve that kaleidoscopic balance that has seduced those who have uncorked it for almost half a century.
