The International Food, Beverage and Food Service Show brings together, in its seven pavilions, countless trends and gastronomic solutions. Among all of them, the traditional and innovative proposal of Juvé & Camps wineries stands out.
Alimentaria Premium, located in Hall 1 of the Fira de Barcelona’s Gran Vía venue, is the exclusive area reserved for food and delicatessen and haute cuisine products. It concentrates a small group of twelve companies that work with top quality specialties, and backed by a business history marked by extremely high standards in the preparation, presentation and distribution of their products. The elite of gastronomy concentrated in a single space.
Among this select pool of leaders, a century-old brand such as Juvé & Camps could not be missing, focused exclusively on the cultivation of premium red, rosé, white and sparkling wines. Thanks to the dedication of several generations of winegrowers, endowed with extensive experience and the ability to adapt, the wineries produced their first cava in 1921.

Gran Juvé & Camps, Gran Reserva Brut Nature
The most iconic Juvé & Camps’ cava. This organic product only appears on the occasion of exceptional vintages. It comes from the Espiells property, one of the most illustrious vineyards in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia and Mediona, located in Alt Penedès. Its characteristic golden colour is linked to a penetrating, complex and at the same time fresh aroma, in which white flowers and fleshy fruits can be distinguished. The vineyards are always worked with the varieties that grow best in each specific area. There is a firm commitment to R&D to develop strains that, while maintaining all their quality and flavour, are also highly resistant.
La Capella, Brut Nature Qualified Place Cava
Complying with scrupulous and demanding regulations, we find La Capella. Its production is limited to 3,000 bottles, from seven hectares of old vines located in the highest part of the Espiells estate, in the heart of Penedès. This austere and shallow terrain gives this exclusive sparkling wine a deep aroma (stone fruit, brioche and butter, nuts and curry and toasted). On the palate it will leave you with memories of dried apricots, walnuts and select pastries.
Qualified Place Cava is only suitable for grapes from small unique plots, with exceptional terroirs, artisanal production processes and unique climatic conditions, such as those that Juvé & Camps has on its Espiells estate. This seal recognises excellence in the world of cava and is part of the exclusive group of Cava de Guarda Superior -together with Reserva and Gran Reserva-, with an aging greater than that required in the traditional method.
La Siberia, Cava Brut Nature Gran Reserva Rosé
Special occasions should be washed down with a unique sparkling wine. This is the case of La Siberia, a limited and exclusive edition rosé cava (only 3,000 bottles), born in an exceptional vineyard, harvested by hand and with a different microclimate from the rest of the Espiells vineyard plots.
The name of this proposal comes from the place where the grapes ripen, surrounded by a forest and a stream, located in the coldest part of the Espiells estate. In winter, the cold is more intense and in summer fresh air is created due to the existence of this torrent that prevents temperatures from rising excessively.
This sparkling rosé shows a beautiful pale pink colour with salmon hues, reflecting a long aging process. Its creaminess and freshness give way to a remarkable persistence on the palate, leaving memories of a harmonious combination of dried apricots, cherries, walnuts, fine pastries and a mineral background.
