Juvé & Camps is one of those emblematic houses that has kept this tradition alive for more than two centuries.
Since our ancestors laid the foundations of our winery over 200 years ago, we have maintained an unwavering commitment to quality and family legacy. Today, Meritxell Juvé, the fourth generation at the helm of our house, has decided to open the doors of our home to share with the world all the magic and history that we harbor in each bottle.
Venturing into our cellars is a unique experience. Descending down a narrow staircase into darkness, where the coolness and humidity of the underground envelop the senses, is the first step towards a fascinating journey. As the eyes adjust to the dim light, the sea of bottles stacked in racks reveals itself as a breathtaking spectacle. Here, in this silent sanctuary of cava, part of our history is born.
The centenary cellar is a place where time stops to shape the unique character of our sparkling wines. From witnessing how the bottles rest for years to experiencing the art of disgorgement, each moment underscores the care and craftsmanship that we imbue in every stage of production. It’s thrilling to witness how, with a precise movement, the liquid bursts forth with contained force, ready to delight discerning palates.
But our invitation extends beyond the cellars. Exploring our vineyards, over 270 hectares cultivated under organic certification, is to grasp the true essence of Juvé & Camps. Here, among the vines rooted in the soil of Penedès, the history that each bottle tells when uncorked is woven.
We offer a variety of experiences tailored to all tastes. From contemplative walks among the vines to thrilling segway rides along the rural paths that surround our terroir. For yoga enthusiasts, practicing this discipline amidst the vines is a unique opportunity to connect with nature and oneself.
