The property is located between the Châteaux Lafleur and the Gazin. Établissements Jean-Pierre Moueix have been in lease since 1976. It has an area of 7.8 hectares of clay-burdensome soil planted with 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. This high percentage of Cabernet Franc in the composition of the vineyard gives the wine a liveliness that combines with the characteristics of Los Pomerol.
Applying the knowledge of Établissements Jean-Pierre Moueix, the wines of this estate have evolved in intensity, color and smoothness. Full of aroma and with a very pleasant palate.

- Tasting note Garnet red with a medium layer. Black fruit on a vegetal and balsamic background gives way to toast, coffee, spices, smoke and mineral notes (tar) and pipe tobacco. Very elegant on the nose. On the palate it is velvety but lively. Long. One of the greats at a reasonable price.
