There are days that invite you to step outside without rushing, to look for the sun along the paths and to share a table, a landscape, and a conversation. Making the most of good weather, treating yourself to quality moments, and surrounding yourself with good company becomes a small everyday luxury when the setting is right. Among vineyards and flowers, time stretches and everything seems to fall into place more gently.
Ruta Terroir: a journey through vineyards and century-old cellars
The Ruta Terroir by Juvé & Camps is exactly that: an experience designed to reconnect with the origin of wine and with the pleasure of simple things well made. The route begins with a guided minivan tour through the Espiells estate, where the vineyards unfold like a living map of the landscape of the Penedès. There, you discover the concept of terroir, organic viticulture, and the importance of the vineyard in the production of parcel-based sparkling wines.
The experience continues with a picnic among the vines: a relaxed moment featuring a tasting of two single-varietal sparkling wines paired with a tapa of Garrotxa cheese, bread with tomato, and olive oil. A gastronomic pause in the heart of nature.

Afterwards, the visit continues into the century-old cellars of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, where the transformation of the fruit into the essence of the house is revealed. It includes the traditional disgorging of a recently finished long-aged sparkling wine, followed by a tasting of one still wine and two sparkling wines, accompanied by a cheese and cured meat board.
With an approximate duration of three hours, the Ruta Terroir is carried out in small groups of 2 to 6 people, making it an intimate and carefully curated experience. An invitation to stroll, learn, and toast without haste, among vineyards, history, and landscape.
