In a clear commitment to return to the origins, this Penedès winery achieved organic certification for its cavas and wines made since 2015 thanks to its sustainable cultivation, manual harvesting and artisanal production. Unmistakable flavor, quality and care for the environment are no longer incompatible.

We are talking about the best-selling Gran Reserva Brut Nature cava in the world, whose balance in the variety of grapes used for its production (55% xarel·lo, 35% macabeo and 10% parellada) and the average 36 months of aging on its lees generate a fresh and seductive character, with a pleasant texture. Taking advantage of Penedès environment is one of the keys to organic agriculture, in order to get the best out of our cavas.
This variety of Reserva Brut cava -100% organic chardonnay, harvested by hand-, only comes out during the best vintages offered by Can Rius estate. With a spectacular golden color, superb foam and fine bubbles, it offers a very pleasant creaminess on palate (with notes of white fruit, honey, grapefruit, toast and dairy hints). The combination of the area’s microclimate, soil, grape variety used by Juvé & Camps and even the layout of the vineyard, give Milesimé a unique terroir, far away from industrial processes.
This Juvé & Camps Reserva Brut is a surprising interpretation of pinot noir grape variety. The manual harvest and a gentle pressing avoid the must coloring and offer a combination of effervescence and sustained freshness. Its beautiful golden color (dotted with faint reddish tones) hides very fine bubbles that rise in abundant rosaries, forming a beautiful and persistent crown. The aroma of Blanc de Noirs leaves no one indifferent: amalgam of white & bone fruits, cherries, honey, toast and citrus. This magnificent result is only achieved thanks to an ecological viticulture that does not use synthetic chemical products (hormones, medicines, chemical fertilisers, pesticides, etc.).
This organic cava from Penedès, with an intense aroma of white fruits and fennel, topped with notes of brioche typical of its long aging -36 months on average-, blends in very fluidly way with fish & seafood zarzuelas, marmitakos, poultry stews, rice and vegetarian dishes. We are aware that the grape is a very delicate fruit, which we treat with extreme care, using natural means for growth and pest control. For this reason, we treat xarel·lo variety used for this cava with great care, taking advantage of the conditions offered by the natural environment of Penedès.
To close, the most iconic cava of Juvé & Camps. This organic product only appears for exceptional vintages. It comes from the property of Espiells, one of the most illustrious vineyards of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia and Mediona, located in Alt Penedès. Its characteristic golden color is linked to a penetrating, complex and at the same time fresh aroma, in which white flowers and fleshy fruits are distinguished. We always work our vineyards with varieties that grow best in the area. We are firmly committed to R&D to develop strains that, while maintaining all their quality and flavor, are also very resistant.
