Gran Reserva Tour: discover the uniqueness of Juvé & Camps cavas
It includes an immersive visit to the centennial cellars, with an exclusive live demonstration of the spectacular artisan disgorging process, through which the yeasts concentrated in the neck of the cava bottle are eliminated.
This route ends with a tasting of three long-aging cavas, paired with a selection of local gastronomic delicacies.
Terroir Tour
For inquiring minds, eager to learn about the unique characteristics of each terroir and the secrets of Juvé & Camps’ organic viticulture, this is the ideal route.
The visit begins with a minivan ride through Espiells estate. A technical stop is made to carry out a tasting of monovarietal cavas with a small picnic surrounded by the vineyard. Within the guided itinerary through the centuries-old cellars of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, the disgorging and subsequent tasting of a Gran Reserva cava will take place. The visit concludes with a pairing tasting of 2 premium cavas with a very special and exclusive pairing.
Premium Tour
This is the preferable option for lovers of sparkling wines who value, in a very special way, the organoleptic sensations when tasting a cava.
The private guided itinerary, exclusively for you and your companions, through the cavas has its peak moment in La Capella space, where the disgorgement and tasting of a Gran Reserva cava will take place. After this experience, we proceed to a tasting of three of the best cavas from Juvé & Camps, combined with a selection of local gourmet products.
