Finca Can Rius is the heart of the project. Its 16 hectares, south-facing and sun-kissed throughout the day, shape a privileged landscape of cypress trees, views of Montserrat and fine loam soils that yield exceptional grapes, ideal for extended ageing. Here, the variety speaks on its own terms: one parcel, one voice, one unmistakable identity.
Our regenerative, organic viticulture preserves the natural balance of the environment, encourages biodiversity and strengthens soil health. Low yields, careful selection in the vineyard and manual harvesting guide the journey towards a bottle that reflects excellence and absolute respect for the land.
Its production follows the unhurried pace that quality demands: gentle pressing, malolactic fermentation to enhance creaminess and balance, and a second fermentation in bottle with more than 48 months of ageing on the lees. The result is a golden, bright cava with fine, persistent bubbles, an aromatic profile of ripe fruit, brioche and butter, and a palate that is broad, creamy and long-lasting.
