Our J&C Milesimé Blanc de Noirs is the brightest mirror of the night. A cava made with Pinot Noir red grapes, delicately pressed to avoid the coloring of the must and obtain a golden and bright sparkling wine. It is daring and rebellious, like the festive spirit linked to this night that ushers in a new year.
