On these long-awaited dates, the choice of cava is key to enjoying a complete evening. The wine media recommends the best sparkling wines for these holidays.

Cava Juvé & Camps Milesimé Pinot Noir Rosé

J&C Milesimé Pinot Noir Rosé 2019

Raquel Castillo from Siete Caníbales recommends the latest novelty from Juvé & Camps: “A rosé cava that is impossible to fail with. It is produced 100% with the Pinot Noir variety grown organically – like all the winery’s vineyards – in Penedés. This historic cava signature claims the landscape and the long aging, and shows its style with it: attractive pink color, with reddish tones, aromatic (lots of fruit, citrus, bakery) and above all sweet, expressive and elegant. A sparkling wine that you like, crave and drink with pleasure from start to finish.”

Europa Press also echoes the excellent particularities of this rosé “A 100% Pinot Noir sparkling wine, juicy and Mediterranean, which highlights the synergy between the most fruity part of the variety, its parcel origin and the quality of the vintage.”

Juvé & Camps Milesimé Blanc de Noirs Cava Gran Reserva

J&C Milesimé Blanc de Noirs 2019

Mara Sánchez from TheObjective highlights the excellence of our Blanc de Noirs: “This blanc de noirs is made exclusively with pinot noir ink, planted in one of their most special estates, La Siberia, and specifically from the most limestone plot of said estate. , Rieral (name that is included on the label). After aging for 36 months in rhyme, it is very aromatic, where notes of fresh red berries, stone fruit and a citrus touch appear along with toasted bakery memories. “Body-bodied, unctuous, while fresh and juicy in the mouth, with a persistent finish.”

Gastronomistas is another of the specialized media that recommends this sparkling wine: “This is another of the sparkling wines for Christmas that cannot be missing from the table (although in reality any of its solvent catalogue). In this case we are talking about a blanc de noirs from the 2019 vintage that comes from pinot noir grapes collected in a plot called Rieral. Complexity and terroir in the glass: on the nose it offers everything from red fruit to citrus or honey notes. A delight that can accompany a most gastronomic agape, whether based on ‘sushi’ or cured meat, including preparations with truffle or grilled vegetables.”

Cava Reserva de la Familia Juvé y Camps

J&C Reserva de la Familia 2018

Claude Boileau, from the Canadian specialized media Gentologie, opts for the most iconic of our winery: “A pearl of the Spanish Mediterranean coast founded in 1921. An organic sparkling wine with personality and emotion, with aromas of fresh apple and slightly toasted notes, of great length”.

He is also chosen by Kimberly Fisher from the Pursuitist media “Get ready for a festive evening with a bottle of Juvé & Camps Family Reserve. This pale golden cava presents notes of ripe white peach, toasted bread and green tea that will delight your palate.”

Álvaro Martí from El Correo joins the fans of the iconic Reserva de la Familia: “We are looking at a classic of finesse and good taste made from 100% organic vines, which has gone through an aging process that extends at least over 36 months. It is recognized by its citrus traces and a certain memory of toasted bread, which is accompanied by creamy bubbles.”
