Our 100% Chardonnay Milesimé is harmonious and gives off a soft melody of fleshy fruit notes of melon and vineyard peach and flashes of grapefruit citrus. To accompany this summer outing with a glass of cava, we recommend some free-range chicken burritos with chipotle sauce. We end with one of the most important novelties of our house: the Reserva de la Familia Rosé Centennial Edition. Its pleasant and intense aromas of ripe red fruits, wild berries and headdress flowers harmonize excellently with a Sacher Torte. This typical Austrian pastry combines two thick sheets of chocolate and butter sponge with a thin layer of apricot jam. Did you know that the son of the inventor of this cake founded the Hotel Sacher, still in operation, where this sweet is served as a specialty?
