Cheesecake with fruits and Milesimé

Marga teaches us how to prepare a delicious cheesecake with seasonal fruits using a food processor. Ideal for after-meal outdoor lunches.

Ingredients
  • 1 tub of cream cheese
  • 30g of butter
  • 120g sugar
  • 500 g of liquid cream
  • 3 eggs
  • Lemon zest
  • 1 shortcrust pastry base
  • Fruits to taste
  • Optional: chocolate pepper balls
Instructions
  1. Add the sugar and the zest of a lemon to the food processor, being careful not to put the white part of the skin on it.
  2. Add the sugar and program at speed 10 for 1 minute.
  3. Add the cheese, cream, eggs and butter and program at 100º, speed 4, for 6 minutes.
  4. Bake the shortcrust pastry until golden brown and let cool.
  5. Once it is warm, we incorporate the mixture of the glass in the mold.
  6. When cool, decorate with fruit and sprinkle with icing sugar. Do you want to give it a unique and creative touch? Incorporate chocolate pepper balls.
