Marga teaches us how to prepare a delicious cheesecake with seasonal fruits using a food processor. Ideal for after-meal outdoor lunches.
- 1 tub of cream cheese
- 30g of butter
- 120g sugar
- 500 g of liquid cream
- 3 eggs
- Lemon zest
- 1 shortcrust pastry base
- Fruits to taste
- Optional: chocolate pepper balls
- Add the sugar and the zest of a lemon to the food processor, being careful not to put the white part of the skin on it.
- Add the sugar and program at speed 10 for 1 minute.
- Add the cheese, cream, eggs and butter and program at 100º, speed 4, for 6 minutes.
- Bake the shortcrust pastry until golden brown and let cool.
- Once it is warm, we incorporate the mixture of the glass in the mold.
- When cool, decorate with fruit and sprinkle with icing sugar. Do you want to give it a unique and creative touch? Incorporate chocolate pepper balls.
