Chardonnay is a white grape of French origin and represents one of the best-known varieties in the world. It originated in the French region of Burgundy and its name comes from a French adaptation of the Hebrew word Sha’har-adonay, which means “Gate of God”.

Milesimé Chardonnay is the result of selecting the best Chardonnay grapes from Can Rius, full and ripe berries, expressive and lively, with enough structure to make the wine grow during bottle aging and gain complexity and nuances during its peaceful rest in our cavas, which lasts up to 36 months. It is harmonious, it gives off a soft melody of fleshy fruit notes, of melon and vineyard peach and flashes of grapefruit citrus. It slowly and seductively expresses itself with hints of honey and pain grillé and light lactic notes that make up a rich aromatic palette.

A 100% Chardonnay white wine, with a complex aromatic expression where notes of ripe white fruit stand out on a citrus background and a broad and silky, velvety palate, with the fullness that a pleasant acidity gives it. It is a balanced and elegant white, very frank, very varietal.
One of the most emblematic sparkling wines from our house is made with a blend of Chardonnay, Xarel·lo, Parellada and Macabeu. The attention to detail, the delicacy in the mixture and the experience and talent of our master blender become relevant to achieve an endless set of aromas and flavors, a spherical and precise wine, where the fruit dances to the beat of the notes of bakery and brioche, very light touches of orange blossom and honey and a toasted nuance that rounds off the aromatic mosaic.
Discover an intense, polyhedral and elegant white wine, made with Chardonnay, Xarel·lo and Viognier. Its aroma is dominated by fleshy stone fruits (peach and apricot), as well as notes of syrup and honey, all surrounded by a discreet floral background (lavender).
