- Tasting note It displays a deep cherry-red color. On the nose, it reveals a complex and expressive aromatic profile, where ripe black fruit —blackberries, prunes, and cherries— intertwines with notes of toffee, forest floor, and a subtle balsamic touch, underpinned by spicy hints of black pepper, toasted notes, and cocoa. On the palate, it stands out for its body, with round and velvety tannins that envelop the palate. Its solid structure maintains an impeccable balance between fruit, volume, and freshness, leading to a long, persistent finish marked by an intense fruity aftertaste, suggesting excellent aging potential.
